Iron Will was nerfed because it created "stealth on demand" as long as you could break line of sight for even a few seconds, especially when combined with perks that would mask scratch marks and blood trails. My biggest gripe is how now you're SO forking loud in a locker now. No point in hiding in a locker anymore - the killer will hear you as.

Iron will is a perk that is only useful when you're in an injured state. And most of the time you would want to heal yourself back up asap. There's literally no reason to risk yourself getting one-shot by killers. Against oblivious killers sure stealth build still works.
